A soap of shea-butter, scented with high-quality aromatic oil, will prepare your skin with a fundamental cleansing for the sauna. Also included are sauna oil (Aroma Cool, Mountain Herbs or Citrus) and a turkish towel which are of equal importance as the peeling-salt from Austrian natural rock salt. These will nicely accommodate your sauna visit!

Scrub your whole body after the pre-sweating or after the first infusion with one of the 4 portions of peeling-salt. The salt has a sweat-inducing effect, disinfects and purges the skin.
