Himalayan salt, grained

This is one of the most popular natural salts. Due to the book `Water and Salt´ it has become very familiar and extremely important to everybody. This natural rock salt has its origin in the salt mines of the province Punjab in Pakistan. It reveals itself in the hues of white to rose and orange. With its neutral taste it subtly enhances every dish and it is also very appropriate for bathing.
