`Saltmouth´

In the Salzkammergut kitchens of former times, salt was usually contained in such vessels. Due to the chimney effect between the two openings the salt stayed dry and free-flowing, even in humid air. The Leithner pottery in Bad Ischl revived this beautiful traditional salt vessel.
