The elderflower has antioxidant properties, is very beneficial for stomach problems, flues and colds and Calendula is well known to have a purifying and detoxifying effect with chronic infections and to be equally beneficent in cases of skin disorders. This blend is especially suitable for pies, vegetables, white fish and seafood. Preferably, to be used in salt grinders!
