Rose and hibiscus blossoms are blended into granules of the Austrian rock salt, Bergkern. The sweet-bitter taste of fragrant rose petals is perfectly combined with a slightly tart-fresh hint of hibiscus blooms. Rose has a positive effect on the stomach and the intestines and helps with skin problems and gingivitis. Hibiscus is rich in vitamin C, promotes the digestion and is attributed to having a positive effect on the LDL-cholesterol levels.
We recommend this blend to be added especially with game birds, curd and cream cheese and sea food. Preferably, to be used in salt grinders!
