Austrian Natural Salt with herbs

This herbal salt mix is an exquisite combination of the natural salt from Salzkammergut and a unique blend of herbs. Aside from the mediterranean herbs like rosemary, oregano, basil and thyme, different blossoms and grasses are added. The taste is rounded off with black pepper and chilli. Different algae make our ´hymn to the sun´ something special. The star component is the Nori-Alga from South-Africa, which is known as the most important natural supplier of iodine. Especially in the Asian territories, alga is the main spice; this is due, not only to the special aroma, but also to the existence of essential ingredients.
