Salt Shaker `Bergkern´

The Austrian rock salt called `Bergkern´ is the most precious treasure of Salzkammergut. During the formation of the Alps, 150 millions of years ago, the ancient sea salt was enclosed deep inside the mountains. Until today, this salty treasure, enriched by numerous minerals, lies well protected from all environmental influences in the mountainous heart of Salzkammergut.
