This special salt, which is extra finely sieved, is very well qualified for cooking and seasoning, if you at the same time want to nourish your bones and dental enamel. As well as iodine, which is demanded by the legislator and the thyroid gland, fluorine and calcium are added to this special salt.

 

Fluorine is essentially contributing to the structure of our bones and enamel.

After the crystallisation, potassium fluoride (75 mg/100 g), potassium chloride and potassium iodide are mixed in. 100 g of the BAD ISCHLER crystal salt with iodine and fluorine contains 400 milligram of calcium and 1.500 microgram of iodine.

 

BAD ISCHLER Crystal Salt with iodine and fluorine is available commercially in a 200 g salt shaker.
